Presenting the Space Entertainment Business at the Saudi-Japan Vision 2030 Business Forum

Tokyo-based ALE Co., Ltd. (ALE), led by CEO Lena Okajima, with the mission to make space closer for people, will present the space entertainment business “Sky Canvas” at the Saudi-Japan Vision 2030 Business Forum to be held on 16th December 2020 (Wed), as a selected member of the Japanese panel for the tourism session.

With cabinet ministers and government officials and company executives attending from both countries, this forum is part of the Saudi-Japan Vision2030*, a strategic partnership and projects compiled between Saudi Arabia and Japan.

The themes for this forum include tourism, innovation and start-ups, popular themes that spark many interests and attention. In the tourism session, as the only presenter from Japan, CEO Lena Okajima will explain how ALE's space entertainment business “Sky Canvas” could contribute towards the development of tourism.

With this forum as a starting point, ALE will work towards building and establishing a relationship with both Saudi Arabia and Japan.

*Saudi ? Japan Vision 2030:
In Saudi Arabia, Vision 2030, an economic reform plan striving to grow out of the oil-dependent economy, is being promoted by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Japan is cooperating towards achieving this as a member of the Saudi ? Japan Vision 2030 collaborative group.
In order to achieve the comprehensive cooperation typical of both countries, 73 Saudi and Japanese ministries, agencies and organisations are participating around the three pillars of diversity, innovation and soft values and nine wide-ranging fields of cooperation have been set (competitive Industry, energy, entertainment & media, healthcare & medicals, quality infrastructure, agriculture & food security, SMEs & capacity building, culture, sports & education, investment & finance). In addition, the two countries are cooperating on strengthening business enablers such as revision of regulations and provision of incentives.
