Scope of Personal Information

The term "personal information" as used in this policy shall mean personal information, including the content of resumes and employment histories and cover letter for applying, obtained by ALE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ALE") in the course of recruitment activities, regardless of the medium or format in which the information is obtained.

Purpose of Acquisition and Use

ALE collects information that can be used to identify an individual, such as name address, telephone number, and e-mail address, as well as information related t recruitment activities, such as educational background, career history, desired jo title, and desired time of joining ALE. We will not use this information for any othe purpose.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

ALE may disclose the personal information of applicants to third parties in the following cases

• When part of the recruitment process is outsourced to an external recruitment agent
• When required by law

Disclosure, correction, and deletion of personal information

When ALE receives a request for disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of personal information (excluding recruitment evaluation information, etc.), notification of the purpose of use, or refusal of use or provision of personal information, ALE will promptly respond to the request in accordance with ALE procedures.

Safety Management

ALE will continuously take necessary safety measures, both technically and organizationally, to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.

Voluntary provision of personal information

The provision of personal information to ALE is voluntary and based on the applicant's consent. However, please be aware that failure to provide information necessary for ALE's employment selection process may result in the applicant being deemed to have withdrawn from the employment selection process.
